E.W. Kaufmann, the Southampton, PA-based raw material and equipment distributor, announced the appointment of J. Brian O’Connor as its president.      Mr. O’Connor has been employed in the chemical industry for more than 37 years, and has been with E.W. Kaufmann since 1995.
